Today we studied Numbers Chapter 5, which addresses uncleanliness within the camp, restitution for wrongdoing to others, and the test prescribed for an unfaithful wife. The key theme of this passage is our uncleanliness and God's purity and holiness. All three sections of this passage address the depravity of man and appeal to the holiness of God and his justice. Prayer List for this week
* Jaimie's mom is still in the hospital having kidney dialysis...pray that her health will improve and that they will find a kidney donor.
* Praise/Prayer Request for Sean. They have thankfully been able to identify why he has been so sick for the last year or so and it appears that changes in diet should help. I spoke with him this week and he's already feeling a lot better. Pray for continued healing and as smooth as possible adjustment to this new lifestyle.
* Praise for Lauren's surgery going well this week. She was at Sunday School this morning and said she's doing well. Keep praying for her recovery over the next few days as she gets back to normal life.
